Lid increase of + 200 mm.
Level security: The level security shuts down the pump and the heating in case of a shortage of liquid.
Mechanical rotation: Instead of the standard provided rotation by water jets, a mechanical rotation can be installed. This happens by a geared motor wich makes the basket rotate by a V-belt transmission.
Vapour outlet ventilator: Thanks to this ventilator, the vapours will be pushed out the machine (these vapours come into the working area and will not be transferred back into the machine).
Oil skimmer:
The oil skimmer creams the oil which is floating on the liquid and leads it through a flexible to a reservoir. The oil skimmer is capable, in case of continuous use, to cream 6 liters of oil per hour. This type of skimmer is provided with an adhesion band which takes the oil from the liquid surface. This adhesion band is constantly transported through the liquid that has to be cleaned, the oil remains on the adhesion band until it gets scraped by a special scraping system and transported through an outlet to a collecting van.
Pressure incease pump in cast iron: With soil difficult to remove, it can be useful to install a pressure boosting pump. This sprays washing water over the pieces to clean with an equal delivery but with more then the double of pressure by which a very strong cleaning is obtained.
Bead blasting: This machine is bead blasted instead of standard lacquered.
Plastic nozzles instead of little spray holes: When parts with a complex geometry have to be cleaned, the spraying image of a nozzle is more adequate then a spray hole. Thanks to these nozzles there will be a deeper and more intense cleaning of the parts.
