1500 kg loading: To catch up the more heavy moments as a cause of a higher loading, the turning wheel will be strengthen, a bigger bearing bush mounted and supplementary reinforcements provided under the supporting beam. The leverage that serves as a bolt for the spring-loaded door and as a support for the opening door at the same time will be equipped with an extra damper. This equipment will foresee the possible risk of a falling support when there is 1.5 Ton weight present on the door. For a more simple command of the loading basket, there will be 4 extra wheels provided on the grid wagon.
Fixed (un)loading frame: When a driven hoisting door is chosen, the machine has to be provided with a (un)loadingtable. It concerns here a heavy construction on wich roller races are installed. In order to catch eventually draining oil or residues of washing water, a dripretainer is provided with a central drain. This dripretainer is made in stainless steel AISI 304.
Electrical metering pump with capacity regulation: = automatic soap regulation. With this electrical metering pump you can regulate automatically the addition of soap in the washing water.
Vapour outlet ventilator: Thanks to this ventilator, the vapours will be pushed out the machine (these vapours come into the working area and will not be transferred back into the machine).
Oil skimmer:
The oil skimmer creams the oil which is floating on the liquid and leads it through a flexible to a reservoir. The oil skimmer is capable, in case of continuous use, to cream 6 liters of oil per hour. This type of skimmer is provided with an adhesion band which takes the oil from the liquid surface. This adhesion band is constantly transported through the liquid that has to be cleaned, the oil remains on the adhesion band until it gets scraped by a special scraping system and transported through an outlet to a collecting van.
Plastic nozzles instead of little spray holes: When parts with a complex geometry have to be cleaned, the spraying image of a nozzle is more adequate then a spray hole. Thanks to these nozzles there will be a deeper and more intense cleaning of the parts.
Electric hoisting door: In their standard version the machine is equipped with a hatch door. On request it can be delivered with an electrical hoisting door (instead of opening the door manually).
