Tunnel cleaning machine for the cleaning of bogies

For this month, we want to introduce you the following project:

Our client has already several Laborex industrial cleaning systems on its site, going of a tunnel cleaning machine, spray washers, component cleaning tables and sandblasting cabins.

To all satisfaction, our client has ordered a new tunnel cleaning machine for the cleaning of bogies.

This special cleaning machine is made on measure for our client and has the following technical characteristics: 
  • Useful dimensions: 2800 x 5000 x 1385 mm.
  • Equipped with 3 tanks: pre-wash tank 6100 L., wash tank 3925 L. and rinsing tank 2650 L.
  • Weight empty machine: ± 28000 kg - Weight loaded machine + liquid included: ± 46000 kg.
  • Max. charge: ± 5000 kg.

We have worked out this tunnel cleaning machine completely from A till Z, going of the foundation works, demounting of the old machine, connecting of the utilities etc. till the actual installation of the tunnel cleaning machine.
