After termination of the complete engineering process, all the materials are ordered, so that the actual production can start.
Laborex has a team of high qualified welders and technicians. All our people work with the most modern material so that we can guarantee a high quality cleaning machine. All our cleaning machines are made on a special 100 % horizontal welding floor.
After production and before the painting/lacquering of the cleaning machine, we always test our machines on the welding floor. We connect these cleaning machines to a demo electric cabin.
Possible defects will be detected in this phase and will be solved immediately. When the cleaning machine works perfectly and is satisfying, we dismantle the machine again so that the machine can be painted.
Our technicians are responsible for the final installation. Again we will test the cleaning machine, so that we can supply a perfect high quality cleaning machine to the client.
