Cleaning system and sandblast cabin

Each cleaning or sandblast problem is different and asks his own approach. That is why our Research and Development Department examines your specific situation and the pieces that have to be treated. Together with our clients we examine if a Laborex standard cleaning system or a cleaning system on measure has to be made trough our Engineering Departement.
 
From a simple manual component cleaning table till a complete automatic PLC controlled machine, from manual loading and unloading till automatic transport systems, from stand-alone machines till integrated solutions with or without communication of robots or other transport systems, from degreasing products till sandblasting media, ... . Everything is possible for Laborex.
  1. The first step in the purchase process of a Laborex cleaning machine is that one of our commercial agents will visit you. He examines if there can be worked on the basis of earlier experience or on the basis of tests that have to be done. For this purpose we have our own demo hall with a series of demo machines. In this demo hall we determine which mechanic system is the most appropriate for your application: spray pressure cleaning, fluid washing, immersion, ultrasonics, blasting, high pressure spray cleaning or a combination of these  techniques.
     
  2. When the mechanic system is chosen, the right machine concept has to be determined. This can f. ex. be a transit tunnel, a spray washer, an Archimedes’ screw washing machine, a room cleaning machine, an immersion system, etc. Also the importance of the right chemistry may not be undervalued. Therefore we have the most up-to-date and most ecofriendly products in our gamma, appropriate for all kinds of oil skimmers or grease separators. Due to this, we can give you a total solution and we can take the full responsibility of your complete cleaning process.
     
  3. After choosing the right system for your application, our Mechanical Engineering Department will make a first 3D-concept of the machine. This concept will be discussed thoroughly with the client and completely adapted to the demands of the client.
     
  4. When the concept of the desired machine meets the demands of the client and when the client has approved our concept, the metal plates will go in production. This will be done through our associated company, FE+.
     
  5. Then our Welding Department will treat the mechanic construction of the machine. High schooled personal, high-tech welding apparatus and a 100 % horizontal welding floor guarantee a perfect construction of the cleaning installation.
     
  6. The Electro Engineering starts with the making of the electric schemes and the writing of the PLC programs during this process. Here for they will write a scripting with all the communication of the existing transport systems. This scripting must also be approved through the client. 
     
  7. After determing the whole engineering process, all the necessary material will be ordered and then the production will start.
     
  8. After production, the cleaning system or sandblast cabin will be tested on the welding floor. Possible failures will be solved at this stage.
     
  9. When the cleaning system or sandblast cabin functions well, the cleaning system or sandblast cabin will be dismantled, so that the painting of the machine can start.
     
  10. After the painting, the cleaning system of sandblast cabin will be build up again, so that the client can pick us the ordered machine.
