A project starts normally with a visit of one of our commercial agents, sometimes accompanied of a project engineer.
In many cases the first step is to test the parts which have to be cleaned. Laborex has a special demo hall to do these tests. Different types of cleaning machines are placed in here. Cleaning machines that often are equipped with special high pressure pumps and a frequency controller. Due to these tests we can see which cleaning process is the best for your application and which capacity and pressure can be used. Special nozzles, supports, etc. are made to come to positive results.
After determination of the right cleaning process, we search how we can implement this cleaning process at the best manner in an existing production line.
Our Mechanic Engineering Department makes a concept of the desired cleaning machine in 3D. The client can modify this concept before we come to the definitive concept. These 3D concepts are converted afterwards in a 2D concept, so that we can give these drawings to our associate company FE+. This company can produce then the necessary metal and plate work.
In the mean time, our Electro Engineering Department draws the complete electric and automatic paths. All the electric schemes and the lay-out of the housing operator are designed and drawn. The PLC program (if chosen) is written and tested.
