The Laborex grease skimmer avoids adhesion of grease. The grease skimmer is a loose unit connected to the machine in which there is a float connected with an exhaust hose-pipe. After the machine stands still, the level of the liquid will be creamed through the floater.
Because the machine has to stand still during this treatment, it is better to choose here for the "dead" moments. The setting-up of the clock in the electric box must be done in such way that the pump starts to operate automatically for 2 hours, twice in 24 hours and 7 days on 7.
The control of the grease draining is optic via a removable cover.
