The trains drive into a maintenance platform specially made. The Laborex fix cleaning systems are built in this maintenance platform.
A sink with cover and flexible hose is placed around the x-meter. This flexible hose has to be connected with the scavenge cup. All these sinks are connected with each other through an underground which gives access to the technical hall.
Vacuum pumps, tanks and controls are installed in this technical hall. They guarantee a clearing and eventually also a rinsing of the scavenge cups.
The scavenge cups of high speed trains are filled with a special bleu product when they are cleared and rinsed. This is a full automatic process.
