The Laborex LX 2025 is a unique water based cleaner developed in 1994. The LX 2025 is made of new developed substances which give the product special qualities. The LX 2025 is the first warm degreaser that is accepted in every sector as substitute for f. ex. (aliphatic) hydrocarbons, white spirit, thinner, petroleum, gas, etc.
The Laborex LX 2025 does not contain any harmful additives (no aromatics), is not combustible, does not irritate the skin and has a high biological snapping. Due to this, the LX 2025 responds to the highest demands of safety and ecofriendliness.

APPLICATION
The Laborex LX 2025 has a rust protector and is ready for universal use for the water based cleaning and degreasing of products, machines parts and all kinds of applications in the production and working area. The LX 2025 is specially used as a water based alternative for solvents in warm component cleaning tables.
The LX 2025 can be used for ferrous and non ferrous metals and for plastics. Operators who use this kind of warm degreaser appreciate a quick drying of the parts. This product can also be utilized in case of a high pollution (burned oils and greases). The utilization temperature is ca. 40 à 50 °C.
When using this kind of warm degreasers, the cleaning or drying of parts is 5 till 8 times faster realized. Also the redress life is enormously prolonged. Due to the fact that the LX 2025 does not contain any solvents, drying is also possible.
The Laborex LX 2025 can be supplied in drums of 200 liter which can be placed under a cleaning table with pump and brush. Laborex has a series of warm component cleaning tables in standard or in stainless steel execution.

It is also possible, if the pump responds to the specific demands, to use the LX 2025 in the already existing installation. If the
LX 2025 has to be used in the existing installation, heated options are available to install on the existing installation.
