Tumbling parts washer systems

The Laborex tumbling parts washer systems clean, degrease, rinse or phosphate little metal of plastic components in bulk. Spray pressure cleaning happens in a closed system, without force and with a continuous filtration of the fluid.

TYPES

These tumbling parts washer systems are available in a one tank execution or can be executed with several tanks. When several tanks are installed, the spray washer can execute more processes, such as pre-washing, washing, rinsing, drying, …

All our tumbling spray washer systems are deliverable in stainless steel and can be executed as top loading washers or as front loading washers.

ADVANTAGES
-     Spray pressure cleaning is the best alternative for manual cleaning with f. ex. a component cleaning table or a high
      pressure cleaner.
-     Spray pressure cleaning happens automatically. When the spray washer with components turns and the components are
      cleaned, the operator can do production work in the mean time.
-     Closed system that works on water and an appropriate degreaser.
-     If you use the right degreasers to clean your components, you can prolong the redress life of your bath enormously (till 1
      year!). This is a big advantage for the environment, because you do not have to replace your bath often.
