The Laborex immersion systems clean, degrease, phosphate, passivate, oil, … metal and plastic components. These processes are executed through a universal mechanical system for the chemical (mechanical) cleaning and degreasing of parts. Thanks to the vertical agitation of the immersion plant (= dwindling and uplifting agitation), the contact between the components and the liquid is strongly improved.
TYPES
Laborex has three types of immersion sytems:
- type 900 - type 1200 - type 1600
type 900 type 900 with (un)loading table type 1600 with (un)loading table
Our three types of immersion systems have the same external construction, only the external and internal dimensions of these machines differ. All our immersion systems are available in normal and stainless steel.
