Laborex has made specially for the cleaning of gears the two following gear cleaning systems:
SPECIAL ROTATING CLEANING SYSTEM RVS-W/E WITH 2 TANKS
A load of 10 baskets with gears are placed in front of the gear cleaning system. The automatisation makes sure that all different steps (washing, rinsing, drying, etc.) are executed. The 10 baskets are loaded in the gear cleaning system and one by one cleaned, rinsed and dried with hot air. Once all the pieces are dried, the load of 10 baskets is placed again in front of the gear cleaning machine so that the pieces in the 10 baskets can be unloaded.
CAROUSEL CLEANING SYSTEMS RVS-W/E WITH 2 TANKS
These kind of cleaning systems are executed with 3 compartments: washing, rinsing and drying of gears. The carousel removes the baskets with gears through the compartments.
