Laborex has developed specially for the cam shaft cleaning the cam shaft cleaning system type RVS W/E with one tank and the special rotating cleaning systmes RVS W/E with two tanks.
These cleaning systems are made to clean, degrease, rinse and phosphate metal and plastic parts. All this happens without manpower and with a continuous filtration.
CAM SHAFT CLEANING SYSTEM W/E WITH 1 TANK
The cam shaft cleaning system cleans, rinses and dries cam shafts with a very high purity quality. The cam shafts are rolled between a spraying ring for the external cleaning. Two central spraying lances with spraying ball guarantee the internal cleaning. Afterwards the cam shafts are rinsed and dried at the same way.
SPECIAL ROTATING CLEANING SYSTEM RVS-W/E WITH 2-TANKS
The washing compartment in this type of cleaning system is completely filled with washing water, so that the cam shafts are completely immersed.
When the washing cycle is terminated, the washing compartment will be cleared, so that the internal cleaning can be executed. This happens by means of nozzles. The drying happens by means of blowers.
