Perfect blasting medium for surface treatment and cleaning in the aviation
The Laborex plastic blasting beads LX 5250, also “dry-stripping” called, are appropriate for each application where very high standard norms are obliged.
These beads meet the high requirements of the aircraft industry, thanks to the carefully selected substances and very high quality controls.
The Laborex LX 5250 is made of granular amine resin. The sharp particles remove lacquer (paint), pollution and other coatings, while the integrity of the substrate remains. Due to this, delicate surfaces, like aluminium, magnesium, composed materials, etc. can be treated too, without being subjected to any form of lesion or damaging of the material.
The LX 5250 is chemic inert. It is an ecofriendly product in comparison with other toxic chemical products. Because of this, chemical toxic waste is reduced considerably.
The plastic blasting beads are available in two different types. The type and dimension of the bead depend on the application.
Type 1
Type 1 is a soft polishing product specific appropriate for the treatment of delicate substrates where the surface integrity is of very high priority/importance. The LX 5250 type 1 guarantees a constant quality and durability.
Type 2
Type 2 is harder and more aggressive as type 1. Because of these raisons, many sectors can use the
LX 5250 type 2 for a width spectrum of applications. The LX 5250 type 2 is quick in use, efficient, does not harm and is appropriate for the cleaning and lacquering of a width gamma of substrates, as well as in the aviation industry as in the general industry. It is an economic and ecologic harmless substitute for the chemical lacquers and it eliminates the pollution too.
