The Laborex rotating floot spray pressure cleaning system, simply "FR-machine" named, is specially developped for the cleaning, degreasing, rinsing and drying of delicate parts.
What this floot spray pressure cleaning system so specially makes, is that this cleaning system guarantees also the internal cleaning of the parts. Because of the combination of the 2 fix spraying pipes, the oscillating spraying pipe and the rotation of the basket, not only the outside, but also the littlest canals, edges, ... inside the parts will be cleaned thoroughly.

CHARACTERISTICS
The installation comprises a cabin, made of stainless steel AISI 304, in which a cylinder (drum on not driven wheels) is mounted. The parts basket will be driven in the cylinder. This cylinder is diven at the back side, by which the parts move/turn constantly in the basket. The programm not only allows that the parts basket turns 360°, but can also made only a left/right mouvement of 180° (instead of letting turn the basket completely).
